GPTPro 6.2 is the largest update we have shipped since launch. It touches every workspace — text, image, music, video and code — and it is built around one idea: you should spend your time on the work, not on the tool.

1. Six model tiers, one picker

The model picker in the composer now maps to six genuinely different models rather than six labels. Pick a light tier for a quick reformulation, a heavy one for a long analysis, and let GPTPro route everything in between for you. An explicit choice always wins over the automatic routing.

2. Image generation you can frame

Image renders now take an aspect ratio and a resolution tier. Square for a social post, 16:9 for a slide, 9:16 for a story — and a higher resolution when the render is going to print rather than to a thumbnail.

3. A history that finally scales

Conversations are stored message by message instead of as one growing block, so a long thread opens as fast as a new one. Search now spans every workspace at once: type a few words and find the conversation, the image or the snippet you are looking for.

4. Attachments that cost you nothing

An image you attach to a conversation is uploaded once and referenced afterwards, instead of being re-sent with every follow-up message. A thread with several photos in it stays exactly as fast as one without.

5. A clearer, calmer interface

The sidebar groups search, library, favourites and history into a single column, the composer keeps its controls within reach, and the whole shell now resolves your session before the first paint — no more flicker between signed-out and signed-in.

Conclusion

GPTPro 6.2 is live for everyone, at no extra cost. Open a new conversation and the new models are already there — no migration, nothing to configure.
